Cancellation policy

You automatically have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please contact us immediately after ordering stating you wish to cancel your order. 

A full refund will be issued providing we receive your cancellation notification before any items are dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to follow our refund policy below.

Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.

If you require a refund and your order total has allowed you to receive free shipping for the initial purchase, a deduction of the shipping cost will be taken from the final refund given to you.

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us so we can claim against the courier. We will then be able to process your refund or replace the damaged item.

No refunds or replacements for your orders can be made or sent out until they are returned to us. No refund can be made for items arriving late due to a customer or courier error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
