Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail
Shipping and delivery conditions:
- All orders placed before 3pm, will be processed the same day and delivered accordingly to chosen delivery option.
- Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on that day and dispatched on the following Monday.
- We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, including military.
- In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 5 working days have passed, please contact our Customer Services on 01202 096 876 or email us at online@supplementbrothers.co.uk
- We will re-ship your order at the company’s expense and make a claim on your behalf.
- If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
- All parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 3pm.
- Although we offer 24hr or 48hr tracked postage, we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive on time. No refund can be made for items arriving late due to a customer or courier error.
- We take no responsibility for any incorrect inputting of customers delivery details. Any items returned to store due to customer error (incorrect delivery details etc.) will require the customer to pay for delivery again if the item is to be resent with corrected delivery details.
- Any orders made after 3pm on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday (Not including Bank Holidays).
- If you have received an incorrect item in your order, this item must be returned to us before we can resend the correct item.
